Gus Greensmith starts his 2024 from Rally Tierras Altas de Lorca

The former M-Sport british driver starts his 2024 on Skoda from spanish dirt roads.

Gus Greensmith’s 2024 race program will kick off from the dirt tracks of Lorca, Spain. The British driver has decided to once again compete in the WRC2 for 2024, driving a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 prepared by Toksport, with Swedish co-driver Jonas Andersson by his side.

The race program for the British driver in the WRC2 has not been revealed yet, but there are many hints suggesting his participation in the Safari Rally Kenya, the most significant being the presence of his teammate, Oliver Solberg, among the entrants.

In the past season, Greensmith competed in several rounds of the WRC2, always with Toksport and the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, finishing second overall with 111 points and achieving two victories in Mexico and Portugal.

The Rally Tierras Altas de Lorca will take place from March 8th to 9th on the dirt roads around the city of Lorca. The program includes eight special stages (to be repeated twice) for a total of just over 108 kilometers of timed racing.

In addition to being valid for the S-CER, the race will also count towards the Spanish Terra Championship, the Trofeo Clio Terra Spain, the Andalucia Terra Cup, and the Beca Junior R2.
